We are sorry to hear you had difficulty navigating the TV remotes. The Tvs and remotes for the home are current and working as they should. We understand TVs in a new home can be daunting at times when the TV is unfamiliar, we do apologize. While our initial offer to send someone over to show you how to use them was declined, please know that we had inspectors on standby willing to come show you how to navigate the remotes if ever you wanted to revisit having us stop by.
