Kona Concierge was amazing. David was very patient with us, super responsive, and so helpful in ensuring that we made the most of our time on the island.This particular unit had a lot of issues, but it was totally livable and was well-stocked with beach gear.

Mauna Lani Golf Villas Q2 was very nicely furnished and equipped. Customer service was great. I called several times about minor issues and they always answered my questions cheerfully. My only request would be to have sharper knives. I tried the knife sharpener in the closet but it did not help. Cutting through thick fish skin and meat was nearly impossible. One other oddity is that there is no chest of drawers in the master bedroom. I will definitely consider Kona Coast Vacations for my next accomodation.

The place was so beautiful and cozy. Just what we needed for our stay on the big island!!
