Our family really liked this condo. The grounds are well kept. I felt like the location was great. It was close to a lot of activities but still pretty quiet. The condo itself was very clean. I remember walking in the first time, it smelled clean. The living space was actually larger than I’d expected from the photos. One thing to note, this is a 3rd floor condo. There is an elevator but still a few steps to have to lift your bags. Overall our family really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again if visiting the big island.

Great location & condo was very pleasant. Enjoyed having the BBQ area available & tools in the condo so we could grill our mahi mahi catch!

Very lovely unit. We rented a two bedroom for 4 people and there was lots of room. We had issues with a plugged garburator, messaged them and a repair man came that day. Excellent service and this is our 5th time renting with Kona Coast.

A few minor glitches but overall the stay was nice

Great place, Had everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy! It is a bit outdated but it is a good deal.
