Holua Kai 23 was the most amazing place. We spent many days just watching the waves and the golfers and the sunsets. EVERYTHING you could possibly need was there. Kona Coast Vacations were phenomenal. Answered quickly and were so so helpful with everything. A+++ Only drawback to this property is my husband couldn't use the pool due to steep steps (mobility issues) and my father struggled with them as well. A railing would help. We got a Resort Pass for the Outrigger next door and were all able to swim together.
