This place was great! Clean, well stocked and beautiful views. Plenty of space for our group of six to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was in a good spot just south of Kailua-Kona but still very convenient to everything. Pool and hot tub on property were nice. View of the ocean and 17th green was fantastic. Because it’s on the 17th green there weren’t golfers out there until hours after sunrise. Condo community was quiet and parking was just across from the unit. Ac in all the rooms worked great. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The washer/dryer was new and worked great. Only negative is the amount of hot water. Only accommodates 2 showers before you need to wait a bit for the water to heat up again. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Gorgeous views and sunsets over the golf course and ocean beyond. Nice location with Kona beaches and shopping close by. After a couple days experience we were able to have all rooms, including loft comfortable without AC. Use of linai sun screens, blinds and fans kept the house comfortable for us. Some might want to use AC late afternoon but be aware AC venting will make linai warmer. Kona Coast Host was very responsive, friendly and professional when we did have a question or a minor issue. Rooms and space as shown and described. If there was a “very good” option that is our description. Kitchen could have used more dishes-bare minimum, knives dull. Some noise before 6 am from golf course maintenance. But aside from those notes it was really very good. Kona Coast are great hosts and complex atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.

Grew up on Oahu so not new to Hawaii, live east coast mainland side now.
We enjoyed the property as a home base for twelve days of island activities from the Volcano park to Maunea Kea. Manta ray swim was excellent and using the concierge for tickets worked flawlessly. Captain Cook monument hike, south point and Black Sand beach were all easily reached. Hāpuna beach was our favorite for swimming, sand and sun.
Two teenagers enjoyed their own space while we woke up to the view of the ocean. New appliances were all appreciated!
Amenities like the pools were convenient and the shopping center was close enough to walk for L&L local food, Longs drugs store and shave ice.
We would suggest to our friends and plan on a return trip in the future. Aloha!

Second time at this complex. Totally met our expectations.

Great location to downtown for Ironman, conveniently located near a supermarket, and walking paths/bike trails around. Condo was clean and well stocked; we enjoyed watching golfers on the course from the lanai!
