We absolutely loved Onenalo 10. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star was because we could not use the pool and hot tub after sunset yet a dog was allowed in the pool area and also allowed to start barking at 6 am. Other condos we have stayed at always let us use the hot tub and pool until 10 pm. All our travelers are adults and didn't understand this rule. Very very disappointed regarding this issue. Otherwise, we would love to book Onenalo 10 on all our trips to Kona and we have been there 8 times already. Love Kona and the volcano. But really would like to use the pool/hot tub like all the other condos we have booked in previous years. This one would be our all time favorite to return to if this rule was changed. It seemed the dog had more rights that we did. One other issue was the small water heater did not have enough hot water to even half way fill the main bedroom tub and others in the 2 bedrooms had to wait for hot water so they could take showers. Difficult if everyone is getting ready to go out on an adventure and we all can't get to take a shower before hand. We were totally amazed at all the kitchen appliances available. We have never experienced this in other condos. There was absolutely nothing the owner didn't leave out...absolutely wonderful. Beautiful home with everything you could possibly want or need in a phenominal location with a spectacular view! The beds were also comfortable, which almost never happens. We stayed for 10 days over Christmas and had a wonderful time. This home is our most favorite vacation rental of all time!
