Accomodations were very nice, bbqs were very good, pool and hot tub are great. Everything is clean. Parking is good. Elevator works well.

Fantastic location, safe, free parking available. The BBQ grill was a great bonus. I rented through Kona Vacations and the staff was attentive and informative. I would definitely stay there again. all the above

Can't beat the location, it's a short drive to anything in town and walking distance to one of the few sandy beaches on the west side. Unit was perfect for a couple and kitchen was spacious. breakfast and coffee on the lanai was perfect with dual fans for a breeze. Pool was nice and warm for after beach use however the only thing was the spa was never hot just warm as the pool. Would definitely stay here again for the location.
