Location was great. The unit was in a great location within the complex and the complex was in a good location for walking to town and beach. The AC in the bedroom was not able to keep the room cold enough. I was only cold enough on our first night. Then the temp stayed between 76 and 78 with the AC running. We had someone come out, but he couldn't really fix the issue. Someone should look at it again after we leave.

We would like to follow up regarding the portable AC unit. It is equipped with a condensation pan that must be drained periodically to ensure proper operation. If the pan becomes full, the unit may not cool effectively. Given the recent increase in humidity, the pan may require more frequent draining. Please let us know if you have been able to drain the pan as outlined by the maintenance technician who assisted you during the initial service visit. If you are still experiencing any difficulties or have been unable to do so, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange for additional assistance. For future visits to the Big Island, we would be glad to assist you in selecting accommodations that offer full air conditioning, such as central AC or split systems, for added comfort. view is fantastic. in a quiet neighborhood. the furnitures are older than i expected, but they are very clean

The condo location was perfect - overlooking the pool with a great ocean view from the lanai.

Our unit was the best we have rented in the past 10 years. Furnishings were quite comfortable and tastefully decorated in a beautiful Polynesian style. Ocean views and tropical breezes every day. Only downside, kitchen is small and coffee cup supply is very limited.
