The condo was lovely! Very clean, included all the extras needed for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at Waikoloa Villas. It is so conveniently located. Nearby you have shopping centers with restaurants, grocery stores and retail. You’re also near several great beaches. The property is quiet and safe. Nice pool and jacuzzi. We enjoy a fitness center on vacation and it had everything we needed. Different cardio equipment, free weights and some lift machines. Communication with the manager was easy. We had to have a package sent and they were quick to respond and their offices are open daily. They also sent us an email with some local recommendations. The home felt very warm and cozy. We slept really well. The bed, pillows and furniture were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the master suite being upstairs, the guest room downstairs and the washer and dryer. The property itself is also filled with beautiful plants and trees. There are always birds chirping and flying around. We drank coffee outside on the patio every morning. There is an outdoor dining set not shown on the website. We would book this property again in a heartbeat.

The signage in the subdivision needs to be improved. In the dark especially it is very difficult to determine what building is what number. And then finding your assigned parking spot is difficult too.
