We loved the outside lanai

Loved the condo and the everything about the shores of Waikoloa. View of the pond was really and the pool was excellent. Our host attended to our requests promptly and politely. Had a wonderful time walking the shops and enjoying the beach. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed at The Shores previously so knew that it’s conveniently located w/nice amenities. The unit itself was perfect for 2 people but could easily accommodate 4. Only 2 negatives worth commenting on…1) Detailed instructions on how to use the multiple remotes for the living area TV would be greatly appreciated; 2) The owners of the unit directly above this unit have very loud footsteps when sound they walk around. I think I’d have to literally stomp while walking if I wanted to try to replicate their footsteps. It wasn’t a constant issue but it was a bit irritating, especially to be awakened in the middle of the night because the resident above had to go to the bathroom. Note - a 5 star rating from me is a rarity as I reserve those for situations where absolutely nothing could have been better. We would stay here again.

We had a great time at The Shores. Enjoyed the convenient location, our quiet, spacious condominium and the beautiful weather. Waikoloa Beach is a wonderful place to vacation. Aloha!
