Alli Villas 131 is a beautiful remolded condo that is literally on the ocean. We enjoyed watching, and hearing, the waves crashing on the rocks. The lanai is large and the furniture out there very comfortable. The ceiling fans, in every room, and floor fans were helpful with cooling as there is no AC. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. Kona Coast Vacations is a top notch agency. We will be renting from them again soon.

We stayed at Ali’i Villas 131. I have nothing but good things to say about it! The view from the lanai was spectacular. We had breakfast from it every morning and occasionally saw dolphins traversing the waters at a distance. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern. The amenities were all in working order. We look forward to coming back to Kailua-Kona soon and will stay at 131 again!

I have used Kona Coast Vacations in the past, and I appreciate the timeliness in communications with them, the absence of extra fees, and their easy check-ins. Loved Alii Villas #131. It was extremely clean, nicely furnished and a view to die for! We will be back!
