Kona Coast Vacations folks are wonderful . We were able to get into the room early and stay a little later on thanksgiving day check out. Always available to help us out. Kona Isle unit B5 was nice: clean, all soaps provided, extra paper products, air conditioner worked well, large king bed, hide a comfortable and a quiet unit.

Location was perfect! Absolutely loved being right by the pool and beach area!

The condominium was very well decorated and clean. The rooms were well appointed with every thing needed for us to make meals and enjoy the stay. Check in was easy and consisted of filling out a card by the managers office. An assigned parking space made it easy to park. The pool and ocean view were very nice.
My only suggestion is to put a plunger in the bathroom. I needed to unclog the commode once during the stay. Fortunately, I found the property manager in the morning and he found me a plunger in the pool bathroom and that fixed the problem.
