Beautiful home right on the ocean. It had everything we needed and more for a wonderful vacation.

This house was incredible! The location and views were stunning. Plenty of space to spread out and multiple areas to be together! Everything about the house was amazing. Morning coffee and breakfast outside and the waves crashing on the lava - incredible.

Wonderful property, we had a large family vacation and it comfortably accommodated everyone. The architecture and details are absolutely stunning and you can really tell how well maintained they keep it. It really felt like home

Our stay at Kona Bay Estates Hale Kai Olu; property did not disappoint. The home is very nice, spacious, and clean. Our family of eight had three couples and two singles. The five large bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The security team at the gate were very friendly and helpful. We used the kitchen and outdoor gas grill for most of our meals. This home has a spectacular outdoor view. We sat out on the Lani everyday. The weather was sunny and pleasant everyday. It did rain a couple nights, but only after we were asleep. We were in the pool a lot. We took lots of beautiful pics of the amazing blue and clear Pacific Ocean with sailboat, people paragliding, glass bottom boats, a few cruise ships dropping anchor, and the amazing beautiful sunsets. There is an outside closet with lots of equipment you can use in the pool. A few negative things; (1) need to update the kitchen and (2) need to know when the Spa tube will be heated. Other than that, the home is spectacular. You won't be disappointed. Thank you amazing Kona Coast Vacations group for doing a great job.
