A magnificent property to rent… our family loved it!! Everything from the fully equipped large kitchen to the outdoor Lanai with BBQ, this unit was perfect. The staff from Kona Vacations (who manage this rental) left no stone unturned. Just do not expect to park a full size SUV in the garage. We rented a jeep and that’s about as big of a vehicle as you’ll be able to park in your stall. Otherwise there is plenty of first come/first serve parking a couple hundred feet away. We would definitely recommend this as a wonderful rental. Jeff

The residence and amenities were very exceptional!

We had a wonderful stay. I felt the cookware could have been improved and the spa bathtub in the master was inoperable but it didn't matter, we would definitely stay here again. Kona coast vacations were awesome, every time I called, there was an immediately response. There were bees in the lanai area and they immediately sent someone to help with the problem. I would definitely use them again if returning to the big island. We also appreciated the beach chairs, pool toys and ice chests that were in the garage.
