The house was very nice with a few minor items. The first was that the kitchen fauct was loose and really needed to be tighten. The second was the door handle to the primary bedroom fell off and also needed to be tighten. Other than that we loved the house and its location.

It was very clean and welcoming. Check in was easy. Plenty of 'staples' for a relaxing time. I would only suggest if you are sensitive to noise this might not be the place for you. The street noise with loud music goes on at all hours. We just turned a fan on and it was just fine, but for light sleepers this might be difficult. There were ants everywhere. Again, not a huge deal for us, but if that bothers you it might not be the place for you. This place was great though. Honestly one of my favorite stays. Would absolutely stay again. Oh and the grounds keeper Chris was amazing. He brought us fresh fruit.

The home was better than described. Amazing view of the ocean. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There was a private access to tide pools as well. Clean and great location in Kona. Vacation rental company was easy to deal with and provided a lovely gift basket as well.

We had a wonderful trip to Kona, only made more perfect by the comfort, beauty, and amazing location of your house. The beds were comfortable and the attention to detail made our trip very relaxing. We appreciated the beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and the well outfitted kitchen. Thank you for the welcome gift and I can’t wait to return.

Stayed for over 10 days and we all loved the house and especially the views. House was nicely furnished and equipped along with a great location. The views with the waves right by the deck is great drinking wine location every evening watching sunsets. Covered parking and secured area along with the pool/spa was a bonus. THX!
