Everything about our stay at Kona Onenalo was top notch. Noone in our family has one single complaint. We have never stayed somewhere that we felt so comfortable and at home. The amenities were wonderful. The Kona Coast staff answered all of our questions and needs. We will stay at Kona Onenalo every time we visit Hawaii. We can't wait to return! David, the Concierge was the BEST! We couldn't have been happier.

The property had everything we needed. We had a great stay!

The house was very nice with a few minor items. The first was that the kitchen fauct was loose and really needed to be tighten. The second was the door handle to the primary bedroom fell off and also needed to be tighten. Other than that we loved the house and its location.

It was very clean and welcoming. Check in was easy. Plenty of 'staples' for a relaxing time. I would only suggest if you are sensitive to noise this might not be the place for you. The street noise with loud music goes on at all hours. We just turned a fan on and it was just fine, but for light sleepers this might be difficult. There were ants everywhere. Again, not a huge deal for us, but if that bothers you it might not be the place for you. This place was great though. Honestly one of my favorite stays. Would absolutely stay again. Oh and the grounds keeper Chris was amazing. He brought us fresh fruit.
