Location is perfect, easy to get to main Kona restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunset views from the property. The furniture is not comfortable. In the evenings we watched television and the couch is not great. We were disappointed that the last 2-3 evenings the beach area in front of the condo was closed for resanding...so we were not able to watch the sunsets our last few nights :(

The property was very well managed, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We received prompt email responses and meaningful updates whenever needed. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed. It was thoughtfully designed, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If I buy a vacation home on the Big Island in the future, I would definitely choose Kona Vacation Rentals to manage it.

The property has everything you need and more. The place is very clean and very secured. It’s difficult to use the oven because we don’t have such ovens in Australia.

We've been coming to the Big Island for about 15 years. Staying at Casa de Emdecko for about 6 years now... Our time there never disappoints!! We LOVE the common area and amenties at Casa, allowing us to do as much or as little as we want. And we meet some very nice people! The units we have stayed in are always clean, well stocked to get us by until we decide what our true needs are... Aloha!!
