Islands M3 is a well-appointed condo with a great location. It is located in a gated and very private community at the end of a cul-de-sac. Pool is just a one block walk, and Mauna Lani Beach Club ( access included with rental) is a short 5 minute drive. Mauna Lani also is a friendly golf cart community! Condo has a beautiful tropical backyard with views of the sunrise while you sip your morning coffee. Condo is spacious with everything we needed for our 12 day vacation. Kona Coast Vacations was also wonderful to work with and communicated well through the booking process. Concierge was helpful, as well. We are a retired military family and frequently visit Hawaii and other destinations. This property ranks among the best! We would happily consider returning to Islands M3.

Our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was close in proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores as well as all the nice beaches along the Kohala coast. My only recommendation for future stays would be to provide bicycles to your guest as I’ve seen that done and many other vacation rentals in the area and it would be very nice to be able to ride bicycles to the provided private beach club access I believe this is a low cost Investment that would make this particular rental more competitive and provide a premium experience.

A very clean, comfortable, and spacious 2 bedroom townhouse with a 2 car garage and all amenities. The use of the private Mauna Lani Beach Club is a HUGE plus- a great swimming and snorkeling beach with plenty of cabanas and beach chairs available. Although the kitchen and bathrooms are dated and could use a remodel, they are still very clean and in good condition. The appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. are all newer and of good quality. We really appreciated the use of the coolers and the folding drying racks (which were very useful for drying out swimsuits and snorkel gear). The sleeper sofa in one of the bedrooms could not be opened up and used as a bed unless the bedroom furniture was rearranged, but we didn't need it so it wasn't an issue for us.
