We have stayed several times at unit 219, Everything is good working condition and clean. Kitchen is well stocked, and nice to have shampoo, Cond, body soap, hand soap. Also enough for a few days of dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, very convenient, not to have to go right away and purchase these items. The lani has beautiful view. The AC unit in the guest bedroom was not working. Kona Coast came immediately and put a portable AC which was really nice.
It was more humid than usual and made our stay more comfortable. I always enjoy the pools and hot tubs at Country Club Villas always clean and very quiet complex the location is perfect. My only recommendation is to have lanai floor cleaned other than that everything is clean and uncomfortable. It’s our home away from home while visiting the big island every year. Kona Coast is nice to have them as local on the island in case there is a problem. They are right there immediately and always take care of whatever the issue may be. We will see you again next year!
