Overall this unit is excellent. The view looking north to Kona and south is spectacular and perfect for watching dolphins, whales and boat traffic. The unit was clean and provided the necessary kitchen amenities. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. Smaller pool area but adequate. The screen door and slider was broken when we arrived but after reporting it was replaced almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great home. Everything was as described, and it made for a great stay

Super clean and well maintained unit. Air conditioning throughout that kept the whole condo very comfortable. Amazing views from the lanai. Excellent beach umbrellas included.

This condo was a great home base while in Kona. Clean & well cared for. Despite having neighbors on either side and below, it was very quiet. The AC made for a comfortable night's sleep. Close enough to downtown to walk. The view from the lanai was fantastic and was a great place to eat breakfast & watch the sunsets! Would definitely stay here again!
