I was here for three weeks and had a wonderful stay. The condo was well supplied with everything you might need, right down to ziplock bags in the kitchen and snorkeling equipment for the beach. Nothing makes a cup of coffee so great as drinking it while watching the ocean from your lanai. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. I loved watching the sunset from the oceanside chairs and swimming in the salt pool next door, when it was refreshed by the tide. Kona Coast vacations was very helpful answering any questions I had. Kona Isle C35 is exactly as described. We had an amazing 3 weeks here in January 2026. We only had to buy food as everything was supplied . Paper supplies, soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, baggies, tinfoil, mosquito repellent, beach chairs, sun and rain umbrellas, coat hangers etc. The A/C was exceptional. First of all many condos on Hawaii have no A/C, or they have a window installed A/C. Unit C35 has super quiet A/C from above and the units are in bedroom and living room. Would stay here again. Hans

Clean, great ocean view, cool balcony that doesn’t face the sun, great working air conditioner and prompt replies to my questions or concerns. Would have liked a dishwasher, another layer of living room curtains that are not transparent at night, and elevator to 3rd floor. However, the grounds are well maintained and free assigned parking is near our room. Easy check in and out. Overall a great stay and recommend to others.
