Really enjoyed staying in this property. It was everything I needed and even more that I was surprised with, i.e. beach chairs, inflatables, snorkels, towels, etc. Basic amenities supplied sufficiently. The best is the view! Loved having breakfast at balcony. Very much recommended.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and everything we needed to make our vacation stay wonderful. Okay, staff at Kona vacations was incredible. It's very helpful, and when we had a question, they responded immediately to help make our stay even better

The Kona Isle complex is great. The partial ocean view is better than partial. The pool, beach sitting area and grill / picnic area can't be beat.

Kona Isle was a great facility overall.
But, unit B22 left a lot to be desired.
Missing kitchen utensils, worn out furniture, and a shower that you neeed two hands to start. All of this encouraged you to not spend much time in your room.

I'm sorry the unit fell short of expectations — missing kitchen utensils, worn furniture, and a shower that needed two hands to start are not the standard we aim for. Housekeeping has been asked to restock the kitchen, and our maintenance team will repair the shower mechanism and assess/replace the furnishings as needed.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back so we can provide a much better experience.
