I'm sorry the unit fell short of expectations — missing kitchen utensils, worn furniture, and a shower that needed two hands to start are not the standard we aim for. Housekeeping has been asked to restock the kitchen, and our maintenance team will repair the shower mechanism and assess/replace the furnishings as needed.
