Perfect house in the perfect location! Loved the pool and view!

The lanai at Ailina house was amazing! We give 5 stars for lanai and 4.5 for house. It could use a few small updates like more accessible outlets near nightstands in bedrooms, a towel hook beside the shower in primary bathroom, and a few more kitchen items (pizza tray, glassware instead of plastic cups, etc). Overall--amazing house and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home with a great pool and stunning views. It's peaceful and quiet, and we also enjoyed the frequent visits from colorful birds. Even when the weather didn't cooperate we could spend hours on the covered lanai taking in the view. Town is just a few minutes away by car so it was easy to hit restaurants and shops as well. Communication with management was easy, and the welcome basket was great! Heads up that the kitchen isn't as well stocked as other homes I've stayed in, so definitely take stock of what's in there before heading to the store. We bought groceries first and had to be a bit creative with how we prepared a couple of meals. That said, there's enough stuff to get by if you plan on cooking, and the grill by the pool was in great shape!
