The ocean views & sunsets were spectacular. The home was a little dated but it was perfect for our family of 6. The location was convenient for our morning snorkel tour, night swimming with the manta rays (phenomenal!), kayaking, & the luau. The concierge, David, coordinated & booked all of the excursions for us which made this vacation so much less stressful & very memorable! We definitely recommend this property & Kona Coast!

The home was perfect for our family of 6. It was a little dated but the spectacular views overlooking the pool to the ocean more than made up for that. Each bedroom with onsuite was a plus too. Communication & check in with Kona Coast was great. David, the concierge was fantastic! He provided information on popular excursions & made all of the reservations for us. We had a wonderful stay & would definitely recommend the home & Kona Coast Vacations to others!

We stayed at GMH at Keauhou Estates 9 and had the most wonderful time. The house and pool were wonderful and we really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets because of the fantastic views. Plenty of room and the bedrooms with the individual air conditioning and bathrooms were great. The only suggestion I would have would be to add shades to the family room because the afternoon sun is very intense.
