Our 3-generation family, including 5 adults and 2 children, enjoyed 10 days at this lovely home. First and foremost, the view is spectacular! The location in Keauhou is quiet and private. You can easily get back to Kailua-Kona for shopping and dining or just drive a few minutes to Keauhou Shopping Center down the hill. We also found the location to be a good mid-way point when traveling to beaches and points of interest both north and south of Keauhou. When not at the beach, we all enjoyed the pool, spacious lanai and comfortable lounge chairs. The house is beautiful and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. On the evenings we ate at home we enjoyed fabulous sunsets from the large dining room with floor to ceiling glass on 3 sides. The two master suites upstairs are HUGE with large balcony/lanai and spacious on-suite bathrooms and closets. The two downstairs bedrooms are average size but also have on suite bathrooms. We found all 4 king size beds comfortable. We really appreciated all the A/C units throughout the house that make it possible to cool only the part of the house you are using. With two vehicles to park the steep, curving driveway was a bit challenging. But because we could use the garage we figured it out. I have rented Big Island properties through Kona Coast Vacations many times. I keep renting through them because of their great customer service and way they present their rentals. Their procedures for laundry, as well as how they provide basic household supplies and bathroom products is superior to other management companies. We will definitely continue to rent through KCV. This is our second stay here and we are booked for next March. This is a gorgeous home with a beautiful view. I would recommend staying here.

This was a beautiful home in a great location.Plenty of room for everyone with great indoor and outdoor dining facilities.

Spacious house with four king-size comfortable beds.The house was quiet, the kitchen well equipped, and the view couldn't be beat. Our family was very happy to stay there, and would be happy to stay again.
