2nd time staying here and would stay 3rd awesome place

We loved the property great location super nice house only thing could say negative is a wish The AC would go a little lower. Kona Coast could not have been easier to work with. David, our concierge was absolutely phenomenal. Wealth of knowledge. Great help would recommend them anytime. I never once called that I didn’t get an answer and get what I was looking for taken care of. super pleased.

You are the home we stayed in was beautiful. The home was relatively clean. Could use just a bit more dusting. We found the lanai in the pool area to be fabulous. The primary suite upstairs was gigantic and we loved it. All the other bedrooms were very nice and well put together. In the kitchen area was filled with everything we could ever imagine that we needed on a vacation. The only thing we did not find was a pad of paper to keep track of some card games we played!😊 . We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the Big Island we found our location to be very convenient for many of the restaurants we visited, the sighting we did, and the historical places we visited. We just loved every minute of being there.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. The lanai and pool were our favorite part. The house had all the amenities we could have wanted and gorgeous views from every room.

We loved the place so much!! Beautiful views, bedrooms and pool area. Highly recommend it! The only issue we had the whole week was the AC, even the staff was great and responsive, we NEVER had AC inside the house. The rooms have a small mini split but the room right next to the entrance doesn’t and was extremely hot to sleep in there.
