Really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous gated community. The home has everything, the pool is awesome.

We really enjoyed this property and would use again. It was clean and comfortable, washer and drier in unit, the parking is directly in front of the front door, nice back patio area. Kona Coast is very communicative. The location is good, really close to the Sheraton where the mantas hang out.

Aloha Kona Coast Vacations! We had a fabulous time staying at Surf and Racquet 52 for a week. The grounds were maintained beautifully. The pool was fabulous and the temperature of the water was absolutely perfect. Although we didn't use the tennis court because we were too busy exploring the island it too looked very nice and all the equipment was in the condo to play if we wanted too. We loved that the condo was stocked with all kinds of extras which made our trip even more memorable. It was nice having pool towels, snorkeling gear, flippers, water shoes, beach chairs, a cooler and even an umbrella plus lots of other items in the downstairs closet. We used almost all of it daily to our many trips to the nearby beaches. The kitchen was well thought out. Everything was right there for cooking a nice meal and the outdoor BBQ's were nice too. We enjoyed the AC's, comfy beds and nice showers after a long day out. The TV's were also nice and they provided plenty of good DVD movies as well. It's very close to everything, downtown, shopping, movie theater, ice cream, subway, gas station and restaurants. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. The furniture was all very inviting and comfy too. This place is a real gem. The beach is literally described as being about 150 steps from the lanai and that is very true. We could hear the ocean waves from the patio but it was also positioned very conveniently by the pool too and an extraordinary banyan tree to look at the minute you walk out the front door. We are looking forward to booking this place again on our next trip. We can't wait to come back. We didn't find any boogie boards in the condo but that was ok because our family was staying in #5 and they had 2 so my boys still got to go boogie boarding which is something they were really looking forward too. We did purchase and leave a few items such as a life vest, bag of sand toys and a large green floaty in the downstairs closet for the next family or guests to enjoy. Mahalo! From the Greer Family

We loved our stay and the location was amazing! So close to the beach, great pool and family loved the use of the tennis courts. Highly recommend this unit.
