We stayed in Hale Pohaku 3 and totally agree with the review 2024. The unit was large as a 2-bedroom, the kitchen was large and well stocked with modern appliances, and all the rooms were immaculate upon arrival. The lanai was similarly large with a table and 4 chairs, plus 2 recliners the owners placed on a bit of artificial turf. And the view of the coast did not disappoint! Crashing waves against lava fields made for exciting watching. No whales were seen this trip but they definitively are out there passing by. The folks at KCV were amazing and attentive from the moment we engaged them months ago in planning. They provided support and many recommendations on what to do for entertainment and meals in the area. We look forward to returning in a couple of years!

Beautiful in all ways

This was our third stay at Hale Pohaku 3 and it was a great stay again. We have used Kona Coast Vacations several other times as well, I would highly recommend their services and all the properties we have stayed in are as advertised if not better. We will be using them again on our next visit!

Great place to stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view. We loved sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean while having coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. You can watch both the sunrise and the sunset. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Kona.
