We've stayed twice now at a KCV property and have zero complaints. The 5 star rating is well deserved. If you're planning a trip to the Big Island, these are the people you call on to arrange lodging. Their professionalism and high level of communication really help you feel relaxed, which is very important when you're on vacation. Update 9/2026 - We have stayed two more times and still have no complaints. KCV even called me the day after arrival to make sure we were good and knew we could call them for anything. Also, David with Kona Concierge hooked us up with a snorkel Cruise and it was a blast. KCV will give you his info when you book your lodging.

Overall great house. Kitchen is well stocked, overall great. However not the cleanest. Some hair on the floors. Maybe the vacuum wasnt working well? But great view and nice property.

Our rental house offered every convenience for a comfortable stay, and the Kona Cost Vacations staff were friendly and ready to help with any of our needs. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We will definitely continue to rent with Kona Coast Vacations!
