The Orchid Inn couldn't have been more beautiful and convenient for our trip to the Big Island for the Hawaii Ironman . Everyone in our family commented that it was the best travel house they had been to. Kona Coast was quick to answer any questions we had and made it a great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Orchid Hale. As many reviewers have mentioned, the screened-in lanai is a really wonderful place to enjoy meals, the scenery, and time with friends and family! We personally loved staying up high in elevation (1500 ft) and didn't mind the 15 - 20 min drives to get down to the coast. The yard is beautiful and lush, with wonderful foliage. The house has a lot of character and was very comfortable, especially the top floor. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved having the easily-accessible washing machine and dryer. The downstairs bedroom, which you access from outdoors, has more of an old beach house vibe. We met some of the neighbors, whose houses you pass by when entering the driveway up to the house; they were super friendly. Kona Coast offers good directions and communication, which was appreciated. Mahalo!

very nice in all ways, only bad thing is long drive to beaches or Kona town.
