The house is absolutely beautiful! The view is 10 of 10. The place is clean, well equipped and very very pretty and seems to be kept up nice. There are some policies that they could improve on like the pool and jacuzzi are on a timer and won’t allow the units to be used after like 8PM. For four older adults who are quiet and respectful of the surrounding residents I don’t think it’s fair that after dinner we can’t come back and enjoy the jacuzzi especially for the money we paid for a week in the house. My only complaint is that 4 quiet adults was limited to using the pool and jacuzzi basically after dark if you will. I feel like if you have the money to rent this house you are probably responsible enough to handle swimming or jacuzzi after 8PM. Otherwise the folks are extremely friendly and helpful, it was a great experience and the home was well kept.

Best vacation rental experience! From start to end, we could not have been happier with our experience with Kona Coast Vacations. Booking was easy, the property exceeded our expectations, and having David's (Concierge) assistance was incredibly helpful (David was amazing!). Bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful, the upstairs balcony was perfect for reading and morning coffee, plenty of family space, and the pool was huge. Everything was spotless, and the Concierge responded immediately when we needed anything. There were plenty of pool towels - super helpful! - and it has a really nice kitchen. There are several places to eat, including outdoors, and the neighborhood felt really safe. 100% would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family for the week. Nestled in a quiet gated community with sweeping views of the ocean. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the pool and lanai provided ample outdoor space for relaxation and enjoying the scenery.

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation with 6 people! Conveniently located about 30 min from the airport, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easily accessible attractions nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find that all 4 bedrooms had bathrooms with showers (some also with tubs), plus one communal water closet upstairs. Kona Coast Vacations provided a lot of helpful information leading up to our trip and was immediately responsive when we needed a few things fixed during our time there, which was appreciated. We found the initial supply of paper goods to be more than enough, and the provided beach towels were a great addition so we could save on luggage space. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay and would highly recommend! We can confirm that the beautiful pictures in the listing hold up and the colors of the sunrises/sunsets are as vibrant as they show. 10/10.
