You need a new barbecue. Kona coast people were very responsive. The pool needed cleaning and the cleaner didn't work. Overall, we had a great time.

We are having maintenance take a look at the BBQ to see if it needs to be replaced and are talking to the pool vendor to ensure the vacuum and filters are working as they should. We’ve stayed at this location two times and have had a great experience. Unfortunately this time the pool was not clean and was also not cleaned well after we contacted the property. We wouldn’t usually mention anything but for the rate, we expected more.
