Exceptional communication. Beautiful home. Great location; whales, beach within walking distance, shopping, and restaurants all close. Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved our stay! The kitchen was very well equipped with pans, utensils, grilling equipment, etc. however be prepared to buy things like olive oil, salt, pepper, etc for cooking. The views were excellent and we saw whales from the back patio. Access to the Queens Bath made for a great snorkeling and swimming spot right out the back door. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back.

There IS NO BETTER PLACE TO STAY - Full Stop. Kona Bay Estates had everything we needed and wanted. It was right by Keiki Beach, just a short walk down the beach or on the street, which was perfect for my daughter who has disabilities. We wanted an umbrella, check, a salad spinner -check, a 300 piece puzzle and watercolors - a great grill, whatever, This home was great for everyone. We felt safe and central to everything on the island. The most spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, a beautiful and comfortable lanai, a spa, and the house opens up to bring the outdoors in. We will be back and can highly recommend the service and attention to detail of Kona Coast Vacations, as well as the Kona Bay Estates 23 house with the highest of compliments. Absolutely unforgettable, and this was my fourth time to come to Hawaii. I would not hesitate to re-book. (We had three adults and two couples who stayed very comfortably.)

The house was in great shape and in a very convenient location. A few minutes walk to nice little beach and 20 minute walk to town.

Kona Bay Estates 23 is the perfect family getaway in Kona. We were 4 adults and a toddler. This unit is in a gated community in walking distance to downtown Kona. Situated right on the ocean the unit affords beautiful sunset views and a baby beach less than 100 yards away. The unit itself shows some signs of aging but is fairly well maintained with fantastic outdoor living space. Air conditioning is a must especially in the afternoons and this unit is equipped with central that keeps your bedrooms chilly for sleeping comfort. I found the management company to be helpful and cooperative. The free concierge service was also valuable. Who knew that you could rent toddler toys along with high chairs and strollers. Ours woke up every day wanting to play with “the fun toys”! All in all we had a great time living on Hawai’i for 2 weeks! From family dinners at home, to fun trips down island to 2 step, to excursions up to Holualoa for coffee and chocolate this unit in Kona is a great home base for a refreshing Hawaiian getaway.
