Great place. Really good location. View of ocean is incredible. We loved spending time on the patio watching the water. The pool was really nice and never too crowded. Property management was very responsive. Some of the living room and patio furniture was a little worn. Beds were comfortable. The magic sand beach did not have sand when we were there because of the king tides. They were all rock. Would have been perfect if there was a sand beach in walkable distance.

The house was amazing! The location was great. Magic sands beach good for body surfing & boogie boarding. 2 miles from the best snorkeling place on the island. Very nice kitchen & very well equipped. Nice to have the pool close by. Very nice to be able to check in early & have an extra hour to pack & clean up on departure.

Kona Coast has a perfect system for a no hassle rental. Everything was well communicated and just worked. The location was incredible with fantastic snorkeling and beginner friendly surfing just a short walk south and quick access to town.
