Lovely ocean view from the lanai - even saw dolphins one morning. AC in bedroom was the bomb... one in the living room struggled to cool things down enough for us cool-climate Oregonians! It was nice to have laundry in the condo. Well appointed kitchen if you wanted to fix your own meals (we just made morning coffee and english muffins).

Our friends had stayed at Kona Makai recently and suggested the condo. It was a great condo and also fabulous location. It was great to eat meals on the lanai and watch the ocean right in front of us. The condo had all we needed…especially appreciated the cooler that kept food cold as we went on our adventures each day. We stayed for 10 days and put over 1200 miles of discovering many places around the whole island. It was perfect location to access all beautiful places in Hawaii. Even though government was shutdown, we were able to get into the National parks ( but no rangers to ask & answer questions). A memorable vacation.

Amazing location, beautiful ocean view! Communication was amazing! We got stuck in a Tsunami warning and were constantly being texted, called and emailed with updates! Great place who care about their guests!
