This place is well maintained, with higher end appliances and thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is perfect walking distance to anything you’d want to do in Kona - shopping, restaurants, beach, etc. It boasts incredible views, and the telescope is awesome. The Sonos sound system throughout the unit is amazing! Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The apartment was very spacious and beautiful. The view was amazing, we even saw some dolphins and whales from the balcony. A short stroll to the restaurants and cafes.

This may be the nicest condo in Kona. On the 7th floor of the Kona Alii with direct views of the ocean. A spotting scope in the unit allows you to look for whales, dolphins, and see the cruise ship - but you can see the yellow tang below with the naked eye. There is a lanai overlooking the water with a table and chairs, and two lounge chairs. There is a back patio that looks at the mountain. Two bedrooms, both with full bathrooms, and A/C throughout make it possible to sleep at least 4 people in comfort. Kitchen is beautiful with everything you'll need and more. Full laundry room. Bright, comfortable living room with great seating and a table and chairs for dining. The unit comes with a safe parking space off of Kuakini, and you can walk from the unit to many restaurants and to the King Kam beach. Safe, quiet, comfortable. Five stars.

We had a wonderful stay! Highlights included stunning ocean views, well equipped & clean property, very comfortable king sized beds, and location was unbeatable with restaurants and shops right outside the door. Lots of high tech touches.
