It was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to walk down to snorkeling. The staff were very responsive. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai.

Had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect being next to Kahalu’u Beach Park. We were able to walk down to the water for some relaxation or sunsets almost every day. Most of our scheduled activities were within 2-15 minutes of the spot (snorkeling, surfing, market). We loved how quiet the spot was while still being close to everything. Even with a family of 5, we felt things were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

I swam with sea turtles. What else do you want me to say? Oh, I drove 2 hours and witnessed the start of the 1/15 Kilauea eruption. Amazing.

Great property just south of downtown Kona. Walking distance to best snorkeling beach.
