Loved this wonderful home! The location was perfect for our group of 24 who were all stay on this area of the island. The home was perfect for three senior couples and having one couple with a walking disability made having one of the beautiful master suites downstairs ideal. The blinds where a challenge and won half the time so stayed in whatever position they landed in and the new poly filled pillows where not ideal but besides that everything else was fantastic. Having beach toys, a wagon, corn hole an extra half bath was wonderful for three couples. Being beside the beautiful pool was an extra bonus too! Will definitely be planning another stay with our adult children! As always Kona Vacation Rentals were fabulous in helping me plan how to help coordinate in accommodating 24 people as my husband and I were hosting the golf gathering! We Thank You!!!

Second time at Mauna Lani Island K1. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the Big Island, booked through the very responsive Kona Coast Vacations

This is our 5th time booking with Kona Coast Vacations and our first time staying at Mauna Lani Islands K1. This place is by far our favorite! It is very close to the pool, which was amazing! We loved the waterfall grotto and it was never very crowded like a resort pool. Parking in the driveway was a huge plus, as well as the access to the fitness center which was especially nice since we like to workout and got a lot of use out of it. The place itself is simply gorgeous. They didn’t miss a thing when designing it. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, pool noodles etc. that you can borrow. We will definitely be booking this place again when we come back.

What a delightful, clean, and spacious condo! We truly enjoyed our time in this location. The location was also convienent and the beach club pass is such an added bonus.
