Location, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. No AC in upstairs room, it was very hot.

We're sorry the upstairs room was too hot without air conditioning, and appreciate you sharing this feedback. While the rest of the home is air conditioned, the lofted space is not and is generally very comfortable with the fans. This summer, with all the passing storms, has been exceptionally hot. We are happy we were able to drop off an additional loaner fan to help cool down that space and make it a more enjoyable stay. We enjoyed hosting you! Mahalo, Kona Coast Vacations

We loved staying at this club villa condo. It was perfect for our family vacation. It is spacious, has 3 bathrooms, and includes a washing machine. In addition, it is located close to top snorkeling and boogie boarding areas.

Love club villa location and Kona coast vacations is great to work with. We have stayed at club villa twice this year and used Kona coast vacations. The properties are very nice. We stayed with family and had plenty of room. This location is perfect.

Beautiful view of the golf course. Can walk to the grocery store and coffee shop. Lots of room for five adults in our group. Noise of voices in the morning before the sun is even up. Also knives need sharpened. Dull.

Comfortable space, plenty of room. Very responsive concierge/staff when we asked for oven mitts.
