This unit was just like the pictures. Nicely decorated and a newer kitchen. However there were a couple hiccups. The air wasn’t turned on until just before we got there and it was 85° inside. It felt slightly better outside than it did inside. It took about 6 hours or so for it to finally cool down. Secondly, we did see a few small roaches (perhaps water roaches, I don’t know) in the kitchen. They did have a bug spray in the laundry room so I believe they’re aware of the issue. My parents stayed in another unit in the same complex and didn’t see any creepy crawlers inside of their unit. I also wish they had a few cleaning supplies in the closet as we like to wipe the countertops down nightly especially when staying for more than a day or two. We stayed for 6 nights. Other than those few things, it was just like the pictures. Hope this helps others.

I’m sorry the unit hadn’t been cooled before your arrival and that it took so long to get comfortable — However, we are happy that we were able to grant you an earlier check in before 4pm. Part of living in a tropical zone, you will sometimes experience issues with pests. The complex is very good at spraying but sometimes pests will follow the lights and enter. They also get brought in by Costco carboard boxes. Regarding cleaning supplies, we appreciate you letting us know — please don’t hesitate to contact us during your stay so we can try to resolve anything right away.
