We were very impressed with this property and condo. It was immaculate. They had everything we could have wanted for our Hawaiian vacation and more. The resort was beautiful! The ocean views, pool, and location were spectacular. We couldn't have asked for anything more. They had beach chairs, cooler, umbrella. They had beach towels. They had all kitchen appliances and equipment we needed. I loved the resort itself. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location with great amenities, located in an ideal area of the island. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and on-site dining at the clubhouse will surprise you!

The condo was exactly as it showed in the pictures, including the view. It was well stocked and organized. We will absolutely stay here again.

This was the perfect home away from home in Kona. The property was beautiful and clean. It was really nice that it was so close to the pool.

Once again, it was great staying at 16C. The location is perfect, along with the condo. We will be coming back, hopefully soon.
