This rental was great it had everything we needed. Bogey boards, tennis rackets and it even had a cooler that we used to go to the beach that came in very handy . Having to young boys all these things came in very useful on our trip. It was absolutely spotless when we showed up and had tons of dishes and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Our condo at White Sands was better than expected, a great place to stay with a small beach just across the street and a friendly and helpful office manager. The only issue: the air conditioning fan is very loud and cannot be run on a low setting. We didn't use it much but a better control system is needed so it won't make so much noise.

This condo is in a perfect location to walk across the street to Magic sands beach. Also up the road is a nice snorkeling spot. Great condo with laundry and a nice pool. Would stay here again! Quick response from the management company!

Wonderful, clean, quiet stay at the beach! Unit #223 at White Sands Village Kailua-Kona, Hawaii is a great place to stay. First the negative: a bit of peeling paint, a lanai that needs a bit of love and too much/wrong types of living room furniture. The good: the kitchen is modern, well stocked with a good dishwasher, ample storage and all of the kitchen tools needed for meal prep. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit offers comfortable beds , clean bathrooms and washer and dryer work. A shower grab bar and a rug or two for the lanai could be added for safety. During our stay, we had 2 nights of heavy rain, great to experience on the lanai. This unit offers a slot water view and a nice back country view. The pool is great, the wonderful Magic Sands Beach is across the road, and this well managed complex is close to restaurants, parks and highways. The bus stops in front of the complex on a regular schedule. Hope that we can make White Sands Village a regular vacation choice. Mahalo.

We would love to stay here next time. Magic Sands Beach ended up being our favorite beach of all, and it is conveniently located just across the street from this condo. The bbq/pool area was maintained very well and has a nice sunset view. This unit had plenty of towels, a couple of small coolers, AC, 2 fans out on the patio, a fan in each bedroom (plus and extra portable fan), gas stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, all utensils, plates, cups, mugs, and a small washer/dryer set. Sliding glass doors can be tough to open, but it wasn't an issue for us. There is an elevator! The elevator came in very handy after long days of swimming and hiking. I highly recommend staying here.
