Wow!!! The unit was just perfect for myself and two young boys! Queen bed plus another pullout bed made this space great! What really makes this unit special is its ground floor location and spectacular view of the ocean right in the backyard! The saltwater pool, Kona Isle pool, and BBQ area gave us plenty of things to do in the evenings. It was well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, soap, and shampoo....enough to get you started, for sure! Plenty of cookware, as well! It even has beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler/ice blocks for day trips! The location was ideal; we were minutes away from everywhere we wanted to be the week we stayed. No regrets here! Would love to be back there now!!

I had a wonderful time at my Kona Coast place. The location was wonderful and situated just south of the town closer to the lovely beaches with snorkeling and great boogie boarding in the evenings before sunset.

It was so well equipped - better than most we have stayed in. Location was great and property was well maintained. Pull out bed was much better than the usual hide a bed. Wish there was recycling.

Very homely with everything you need. Lovely view where the pictures don’t do it justice! Grounds are kept well and quite nice. There is a public salt water pool close to the unit which is awesome (though you can expect some foot traffic during sunset that is not a bother). Would recommend and stay here again.
