It was a beautiful and well located home, close to town but felt far away from everything. Fully stocked with everything so we never felt like we were lacking... and the view kept us from wanting to go anywhere but the backyard.

2 adults with 4 high school kids, doing WFH in the mornings and play in the afternoon. We needed a new reality after being stuck at home 7 months and boy did we select the right house to rent. Walk outside and on the beach or in the pool. Early morning exercise walks before school and work. We even had a private chef deliver us food so we did not go out to dinner but a few times. It was perfect!

Stunning home near in Kailua. Very handy to activities and supplies.

Perfect for a large family, or with us 5 adult couples... everyone had their own privacy, and still were able to enjoy everyone company. The pool is big enough and you also have a hot tub. The yard is beautiful with the large deck and white sand out front.I think this is one of the nices areas on the island. you can see whales with their new babies, and dolphins everyday out front, and just have to walk a few houses and be at a great beach. As always David is the best with helping you with anything you need, from booking the best snorkel trips, to advising you to the shops and entertainment in the area. He is always just a phone call away, and helps you with whatever you may need to make you trip better. I look forward to next year with Kona Coast rentals, they are always available for any problem, and the service is a 10!

We stayed at Kona Bay Estates Hale Kai Olu. It was the perfect vacation. Great communication and wonderful vacation home! Best choice!!

Perfect location and very nice house to stay in. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat! Our family of 8 had plenty of room and plenty of good times!
