In short we wont be looking for another place to rent on our next visit unless this one is unavailable....... and more likely try plan our trip around the dates available WE were a little nervous about renting this unit at first because there were no reviews.... i guess because there were no complaints the unit was very clean well located & well supplied The beds were all comfortable with no indentations we enjoyed the steady ocean breeze this time of the year..... no air condition required. Kona Coast Vacations was a dream too deal with...... our main interaction was over the email and they left us without a single question or concern on our arrival.... If there name is connected to a rental you are considering I would suggest you google there company & Chq out the reviews One of the best decisions of this trip was using the concierge that was included with this unit..... in our case his name was David and he went way beyond the call of duty to help make our trip memorial. one thing we discovered on this trip was the value of pre-booking...... we didn't have to waste time once we arrived on our holiday and we were able to book every event we wanted before they were sold out The complex has 4 or 5 barbecues that are in good condition and fed with natural gas so you will never run out. The secret is out.... these guys deserve a thumbs up. We had a great Visit.... if you say here you will too

The apartment is great, with a beautiful view, and well localized. It has all utilities that you may need and a very well equipped kitchen. They also have several guides to the island.
Kona Coast Vacations provided a very good description of how to reach the apartment, and was also very fast to answer my questions.
