clean well appointed unit, right across from a fabulous snorkelling beach. communication with the mangers was very much appreciated, they truly care about you enjoying your stay .. would book again

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation in Kona! Our Kahaluu Beach villa had everything we needed, and was in a great location. It was a 5 minute walk to Kahaluu Beach for swimming and snorkeling (and our condo included towels, chairs and snorkeling equipment), and it afforded terrific views of the sunset every night from our 3rd floor lanai. One of our favorite, and most relaxing, activities was having our Kona coffee in the morning as day was breaking ... just perfect. KCV Concierge David was so helpful to work with in the months & weeks leading up to our trip, helping us plan and schedule our itinerary during our stay ... Mahalo David!!! Lastly, Anytime and Every Time we connected with the KCV Team they were caring, helpful and fun to work with. We will definitely work with KCV again for future vacations!!!

The listing is spot on, this is a spacious condo located in a great location on the island. It's got 3 bedrooms so it's perfect for groups or families. It comes equipped with lots of donated beach gear, games, and kitchen items to make the stay even more convenient. It's across the street from beach access and in a great spot for going north or south on the west side of the island.

Location is exceptional. Perfect for friends and family getaway. Lanai overlooks the pool and beach, which is perfect for snorkeling, swimming and stunning sunsets. Hourly city bike rentals just a block away if you want to explore the coastline. Slept 2 couples and 2 singles comfortably. In Keauhou, which is a few miles north of the city, which is perfect for me from a congestion standpoint. The Keauhou Shopping is blocks away and is extremely convenient with a KTA grocery, Long Drugs (ie CVS/Walgreens) and restaurants (Tropics, L&L Hawaiian, Thai and Mexican food just to name a few). Will book this place again when I come back.

We had a wonderful time in the Kahaluu Beach Villa #303. The unit was well furnished with everything needed and spacious enough for our family of 6. We enjoyed having most of our meals on the lani and loved the view.
