The house and location was amazing. We had the best time of our lives!!

We chose this place based on the pictures and the proximity to everything we wanted to do. When we showed up and met Dave, our expectations were surpassed. The house is larger than you expect and all the rooms are tastefully decorated. The kitchen and dining area were great for the eight of us. We cooked every night and hung out and then spent the rest of the evenings in the Lanais.

This is a fabulous vacation home. So close to many Kona experiences. We also loved both the private beach and the public beach a bit further down the road which was wasn't crowded either. Even a bit of snorkeling available at high tide in the public beach. The home itself was beautifully decorated and stocked with lots of beach items (towels, snorkel gear, chairs, etc. etc.) to make the stay that much more convenient.

This home is beautiful and immaculate, all of the previous reviews were right on! Shopping and restaurants are all close by, and the beach is right out of the front door. We will definitely be back! ***This review was transferred from our old site to the new one Effective Jan 1st, 2017***

The home was perfect for our party of seven. One is a 3 year old. The location is so close to the water & the closest beach is just right for young children. The pool was much appreciated as weather was warm & humid. The kitchen is well equiped and the two lanais are so nice in morning & evening. Bedrooms very comfortable and lower level has big screen for a few football games. We walked to town for shopping & luau.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
