Exceeded expectations for our six-day stay August 19-25 with our group of eight at Kona Bay Estates 23! Upon arrival we were so pleased with the beauty and spaciousness of the home and the layout, furnishings, proximity to the beach, view of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen, etc. In addition to the beach items we brought, we also found beach toys for the kids in the storage bin on the side of the beautiful lanai, and headed to the sandy beach via the little stone wall that borders the property. For indoors, there is a supply of games to play and books to read, should you need them. Property is close to restaurants and excursion launch sites - could even walk to some if we wanted to. We saw amazing sunset views! Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had separate thermostats so each couple could adjust to their preference. On our last day there, we took some time to just sit on the lanai, gaze and listen to the ocean, staying until the very last minute because we didn't want to leave. We have a couple of suggestions if the owners are looking to improve on almost perfection - a ceiling fan on the lanai would be great for those toasty days, and a step at the wall would help older, less agile people like me:) So happy we picked your place!

Gorgeous views, beautiful large house was perfect for our family. Great location with nearby Keiki beach. Clean and air conditioned! Check in very smooth. Property was as advertised. The house was absolutely wonderful and the back lanai offered breathtaking views.

Close to town but private enough to be peaceful! And the little beach was 50 feet from our back door! We also got to know the very nice neighborhood security guard (Judy) who showed us around, gave us tips on things to see nearby and always had a smile for us! Great option all around!

This property is absolutely fantastic! It was so great with our 20 and 22 yr old as well and they enjoyed it. We even had extra room for another family if we wanted. The layout was great and the VIEWS are spectacular! This is a must for families or couples visiting Kona! Thank you for such a great time and place!

This home did not disappoint, it was the perfect way to end our last week in Hawaii. It was SO very clean and well-organized. The cabinets are full of cooking gadgets, bowls, tupperware, etc. I also really liked that there was a beverage fridge so all the sparkling water and juices did not take up the actual fridge. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and hanging out on the spacious lanai. The hot tub was amazing as well! The beds were super comfortable. Getting in and out of the private community was very easy. It's location is also great - we were close to the things that mattered to us. We would stay here again 100%!
