My family was very happy with this rental, very clean and organize, we had a very nice stayed and we will rent it again in four years since we go to a different island every year but we definitely recommend it.

This is a beautiful home perfect for our group of multiple families. It is well equipped with comforts of home, including a washer and dryer-wonderful to have on site. We especially enjoyed the back yard, pool, and BBQ. The upper lanai was also a favorite hang out spot for games and visiting. From the upper lanai there is a slight view of Keauhou Bay, but the bay is only a short two block walk to enjoy it fully. Many excursions depart from this bay. Our group did stand up boarding at this bay, a perfect location for beginners. All the bedrooms worked out perfectly the lani upstairs was a great area to have coffee and visit in the mornings. Kona Coast Properties were extremely helpful the entire stay we need help for one person in our group who lost their wallet and Kona Coast helped to facilitate the delivery of a FedEx delivery. They also helped with a fuse for one of the bedrooms, they had an electrician come out and fix the same day I reported the problem. Overall an exceptional visit to the Big Island. PS Great walking distant to local farmers market on Wednesdays, by Kona Sheraton.

The Master Suite is upstairs (only complaint was no hairdryer) and there is 2 suites and 2 bedrooms downstairs which was perfect for the 5 kids ranging from 22-6. There is only one television downstairs but we all quickly relaxed into island style and rarely even turned it on. The pool is spectacular and the open concept upstairs made game night enjoyable. I missed a view of the ocean and seeing the sunset but the location is quite ideal, walk to a beach or the store or even a scenic pull off to see the sunsets. Always wish for AC (we hail from the north) but the fans helped a lot. Beautiful home and wonderful concierge service, helped coordinate surf lessons, ziplining,and a Thanksgiving Luau. Would gladly return and recommend.
