The house was awesome, our trip was wonderful with life long memories.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was even better/nicer in person than the pictures present. There were nine of us in our blend/extended family. The rooms were big enough for us to congregate together and enough space for everyone to break up into groups or have private time. Like many pools in Hawaii, it was unheated. At ten degrees colder than the ocean, it too cold for us. Guests are asked not to use the fireplace.

There was ample space for four couples plus my 80-year-old father (who had the time of his life). The property management company was very responsive and helpful with any question or issue, responding the same day for replacing a shower head and addressing a slow drain. I highly recommend Kona Coast Vacations in general.

5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. I won't bore you with the details, the pics and the 360 tour explains it all. This house is HUGE. We had 7 adults and everyone had their own personal space. The kitchen was spacious with every appliance you need. The electric stove was the best stove I've ever used in a vacation rental. Huge Dining Room and Living Room, and a separate huge Television room. Very large outdoor pool with a very great 4 person whirlpool . Great outdoor shaded area with 4 large tables. Gas grill that was used for cooking. This home was well furnished and tastefully decorated. So much home for the $$$, and I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great view, private enough for us to have music playing while we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, great walking/running paths around, the BBQ was used most every night for dinners. The trash came on Wednesday morning and the pool cleaner came as well and that was the only interaction we had while at the house. The drive to beaches and downtown wasnt far, the location was great and the temperatures were perfect day and night. We enjoyed the Fairwind snorkeling cruise, Kua Bay Beach, Makalawena Beach and ROYS for a dinner night out with everyone. We cannot wait to start planning our way back to this house next year.
