Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall an outstanding property. The views are unbeatable. The architecture and amenities (pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc.) are both beautiful and functional. Loads of space. The home is larger than it appears in the photos and has more than enough room to spread out and relax. I would return here without question. The drive up the hillside on a winding narrow road is a little intimidating at first, but isn't a problem if one drives carefully. We found two maintenance issues that need attention. The house has two ice makers, neither of which worked, so we made ice in trays. The oven did not work as expected. It had to be re-set each time we used it. That involved turning off the breaker switch in the home electric panel, waiting ten minutes, and then restarting it. We had to also reset the date, time, etc. each time before we could start the oven. We were not advised of this and had to discover the work around online by ourselves. This is a beautiful home and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this house! Pictures of it are pretty but in person it’s spectacular. Excellent location. Spacious and had everything we would ever want or need. Would love to come back for another stay!

This house is every bit as wonderful as it looks in the photos. Beautiful large spaces including a luxury kitchen with more than enough cooking utensils and appliances. The grill area outside was great — so nice to sit and enjoy a mai tai while the chef was grilling. We played shuffleboard every night. There are numerous board games and the TV is fully loaded with On Demand etc. (although the only thing we watched was the X-Games and a UVA basketball game — too many other wonderful things to do!). The showers were hot, the pool was cold and the temperature in the house, with breezes blowing through the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and the ceiling fans whirring quietly, was perfect. Guests are provided with plenty of beach towels and a large chest outside contains pool noodles and floats, beach umbrellas, a small boogie board, sand-castle tools and some snorkel gear. We enjoyed the local red-headed birds fluttering and bathing on the edge of the beautiful infinity pool. The view is incredible, and we found binoculars in a drawer for a bit of whale-watching (we saw several!). The management company provides a booklet with plenty of info about the house and shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. They also left us a welcome bag with some Hawaiian cookies, honey, chips and more. We had a wonderful stay, and if we are lucky we will come again!
