This condo is located in a prime location within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars but far enough that you are not hearing the nighttime noise when the balcony door closes. Check in process was very simple and the unit was very clean. From the balcony we enjoyed great sunset views and were able to watch dolphins in the mornings while eating breakfast. I highly recommend this condo for a family or friends getting together.

Thank you so much for so many amazing memories. This location was walking distance to more restaurants than you’ll have time for in two week. Not to mention the fully equipped kitchen for any home chef with ample locally grown ingredients from the farmers market (Wednesday to Saturday).

Amazing views and location. Very clean. Very short walk to restaurants and stores. Just as advertised. Would stay here again.

Great location. Convenient to restaurants and shops. The layout with one bedroom down and one bedroom up was perfect for our family. Sitting on the lanai morning, noon, and night watching the ocean and the activity below was our favorite part of this property!

The Kona Alli #705 was beautiful! The lanai was very comfortable and overlooked the gorgeous Pacific ocean. It was kind of noisy with Alli Drive directly below. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. It was nice to have two King suites. The condo was spotless and the furnishings were lovely. We would come back!

This condo is close to everything, walking distance to all the good restaurants, shopping etc. You will need to drive to Costco/Safeway/Target etc for a big grocery shop. The view from the condo is amazing....directly looking out on the Pacific Ocean, waves crashing below us from the lanai. Everything was so comfortable in the condo - it truly was a home away from home. There is a small beach close to the condo that has chairs and umbrellas to rent...kayaks, paddle boards etc....but check out some of the stores close by as they have much cheaper rental prices by the hour/day/week.. Wished we had known this from the start. Magic Sands beach is about a 7-10 min drive away....no rental facilities here so take your own. Its a lovely beach though. Overall, a lovely, relaxing, stay.....
